schedule stays the same as yesterday and news today is shared between Crispian St John, Stevi Merike and Mark Stuart. Wednesday 30 June 1971 It is now certain that Tony Allan has
left, due to "internal problems". It is also reported today that a
transmitter has been installed on the Mebo 2 for
the 25 metre shortwave band, but it hasn't been
used since the Second World War. The programme
schedule and newsreaders stay the same as yesterday. Thursday 1 July 1971 Stevi
Merike goes off on shore leave, as does Alan West,
who is getting married. Returning to the Mebo 2 are
Dave Rogers and Mike Ross. Tonight's programmes
