Op 22 verwelkomen we
het Farce Majeur Team als hoogste nieuwe met Kiele, Kiele Koeweit. Het mooie
Jambalaya van de Carpenters horen we voor ’t eerst in de Top 50 op nummer 30
en de toekomstige grote hit van Mud (Dynamite) komt nieuw binnen op nummer
35. De Three Degrees staan deze week nog onveranderd op nummer 1, maar Boer
Koekoek en Vader Abraham stormen de Top 3 binnen, hard op weg naar de Top
positie in de Top 50. Sandra en Andres bezingen deze week de ware liefde in
de Top positie van de Troef 20. Het mooie Natural Thing van de Doobies was
vorige week treiterschijf, maar heeft (nog) geen positie in de Top 50 weten

Show) 22.00 Graham Gill (Request Show) 24.00 Rob Eden (Contemporary Music) 2.00 - 4.00 Don Allen Graham Gill reads the news during the Hitback Show and Don Allen reads the news during the Rob
Eden programme. Mike Ross says that, after he
leaves RNI at the end of this month, he will be doing something completely
different from broadcasting. Monday 4 February 1974 Following the departure of Hans Molenaar and the end of 65 Min, Buitengaats
now runs for a full two hours, 18.00 to 20.00, on Monday. Tonight's International service programmes are: 20.00 Robin Banks 22.00 Graham Gill 1.00 Don Allen 4.00 - 6.00 Louise Quirk (Skyline) Robin Banks says, in reply to a letter saying
that RNI will be very much missed when it closes down, that he hopes that it
will never happen. Tuesday 5 February 1974 Today's tender takes off Erik Post and
Will Assens and brings back Cass the Cook, Hans ten
Hooge and Marc van Amstel.
Marc is the presenter of Buitengaats from today. No
change to the International service schedule. Wednesday 6 February 1974 Programmes
remain the same, except that there is no Skyline programme
as RNI closes at 4.00 on Thursday morning for maintenance. Thursday 7 February 1974 Rough weather on the North Sea today and
one of RNI's generators breaks down at about 20.50, resulting in a 10 minute
break in transmissions. Friday 8 February 1974 Don Allen and Hans ten Hooge go off on shore leave and Brian McKenzie and Gerard
Smit return. Tonight's programmes
